Hotel 101 Mactan Cebu will occupy a 5493 sqm prime property less than a kilometer from the airport (along the Mactan-Cebu Airport Terminal Road) near the Mactan Marina Mall. The hotel will have 548 rooms in an 8-story building, which will also sit just across Timex Philippines Incorporated, a company engaged in toys, souvenirs, gifts, jewelry, and decors manufacturing located in MEZA.
Hotel 101 will offer hassle-free investment to investors who want to own a unit at the prestigious hotel and rent it out to prospective tenants for either long or short stays. Hotel 101 is classified as a condotel (condominium hotel), on which investors may buy a unit and use it to lease out from other guests. Once the unit is turnover to you, then leasing may start. The company will manage your unit, including the maintenance of the unit, occupied or not.
